Nathaniel is a documentary photographer, currently studying on the Photojournalism and Documentary Photography MA at LCC. His work takes an investigative approach, whether scrutinizing money and reputation laundering in London (Corrupted, 2018), the buying out of NATO communication towers for stock trading (Microwave, 2018), or building a record of the deaths along European migration routes (Routes, 2017). Data and research have always been at the centre of the process.
Nathaniel seeks to use the tools of the photojournalist and the photographic artist respectively to build compelling narratives out of the investigative process.
His journalistic work has appeared in the Independent, Al Jazeera, and Politiken amongst other outlets.
